JenRus Freelance is a marketing agency located in Courtland, Kansas that focuses on providing solutions for businesses, rural economic development, municipalities, and non-profits. Its Remarkably Rural Consulting Solutions division specializes in providing training and technical assistance in rural communities. Russell graduated with a degree in Business-Communications and Marketing from Bethany College. She has worked in Economic Development, marketing, advertising, and websites for over fifteen years.
