Online Shopping | Training Module #7
Module includes:
- 2 Templates (Supporting Documents)
- 1 Video (Walking you through the documents)
Why invest your time and money into offering online shopping or curbside pickup? Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, it became more important and quite commonplace for brick-and-mortar grocery stores to offer online shopping options. What began as a response to a sudden demand has now become the new norm, and many shoppers continue to prefer these alternative methods of shopping. To remain competitive in today’s social climate and technological world, it’s important to establish online shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery.
This video will tie together all the pieces of the Online Shopping Concepts document and will look at the Delivery Schedule template as well. We’ll talk through Websites, E-Commerce Platforms, and Curbside & Delivery.
Even if you aren’t going to roll out a full e-commerce style platform (which is what we’ll discuss in this module,) there are still lower-tech ways to establish these services. We’ll start small by walking through some of the simpler ways to offer these services, which often serve as a jumping off point for growing and expanding them.
